Dr. Freeman has been practicing Internal Medicine in Macungie since 2001. Acute and chronic disease management as well as primary care services are provided for patients age 14 and older. Evening hours are available. Dr. Freeman received his medical degree from the Philadelphia School of Osteopathic Medicine and completed an Internal Medicine residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine, a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and a member of the American Osteopathic Association. | |
