| Lynn Phillips, CRNP, joined LVFPA in 2007. She's a graduate of Temple University, University of San Diego, and Robert Morris University. She was commissioned as an officer in the US Navy Nurse Corps the same day she graduated from Temple and began her nursing career at Portsmouth Naval Medical Center during the Operation Desert Shield/Storm years. Lynn brings 35 years of nursing experience to her patient care. She has worked in a variety of settings: in-patient hospital - Med/Surg, ICU, PACU; outpatient - prison health, transplant care, community health, primary care; and as an educator in Nurse Practitioner programs. Lynn enjoys working with patients to restore, preserve and improve well-being and/or lessen suffering. She is married to a now-retired naval aviator and has two adult children. She enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her sweet dogs, gardening, running, reading, traveling and finding quiet time. | |
