About Dr. Brandecker, M.D., F.A.C.P.

Dr. Brandecker is a graduate of Muhlenberg College and Georgetown University School of Medicine. He completed his medical internship and residency at Baystate Medical Center in Massachusetts. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics. He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. He has been in this practice since 1991.

Dr Brandecker was the first president of our group, Medical Associates of the Lehigh Valley. He remains on the Board of Directors. For over twenty years he has been involved in teaching medical students and residents, and was voted teacher of the year in Geriatrics in 2011. He enjoys many sports with a special love for soccer and golf.

His philosophy of medicine is to work in partnership with the patient to achieve the patient's goals. In this of age of constant change he particularly values his long term relationships with patients.
